How it works
From signing to first data in a few weeks, without stopping production – and without having to replace what already works.
Deployment
Our installations are prepared in advance as ready-made units – on site you assemble a cabinet, not a greenfield project. If we are not waiting on hardware, you typically see first data 2–4 weeks after signing. The on-site work itself takes hours to 1–2 days and runs without stopping production.
Grows block by block
You don't start with a big project, just one cabinet or one hall. Further measurements – another hall, compressed air, forklifts – are added gradually, as you actually need them. The licence changes only with the scope of the solution, not with every block you add.
We connect to what you have
If you have an ERP or MES, we connect to it and feed it real operational data instead of planned figures. If you don't have a planning system, we simply start with measurement – nothing needs to change or be bought in advance. We speak open standards (e.g. Modbus TCP/IP, MQTT, API), so your data stays yours and portable.

When you are not looking
Watchers guard your values: you set a range or a condition, and when consumption drifts out of bounds or a machine runs outside its shift, the system sends you an alert by itself. Panels open on your phone right in the plant – nothing to install.
SaaS or on-premise
Same platform, two ways to run it. The difference is who looks after the infrastructure.
| SaaS with us | On-premise with you | |
|---|---|---|
| Backups | We handle it | Your IT handles it |
| Updates | We handle it | Your IT handles it |
| Outages | We handle it | Your IT handles it |

Frequently asked questions
How long does deployment take?
Typically 2–4 weeks from signing to first data. The on-site work itself takes 1–2 days and runs without stopping production.
Do we need to change our ERP or MES for this?
No. If you have an ERP or MES, we connect to it and feed it real operational data. If you don't have one, that changes nothing – we simply start with measurement.
What if we currently run the operation from Excel or from memory?
That's exactly where this makes the biggest difference. You get the first objective view of your operation without first having to roll out a large system.
What if we want to add another measurement or hall a year from now?
You add it as another block – installation is again a matter of hours, not weeks. The licence changes only with the scope of the solution; you never buy the platform twice.
Where does our data run – with us, or with you?
Whichever you choose. In the SaaS version it runs with us and we handle backups and updates. In the on-premise version it runs on your own infrastructure and your team handles it.
