What we process and why

Traffic measurement (Google Analytics). It runs only after your consent in the bar at the bottom of the page. Google Analytics collects pseudonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location from an anonymised IP address). You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer – measurement stops. Without consent, no measurement tool is loaded at all.

Technical server logs. Like any server, ours keeps operational logs (IP address, time, page visited) for security and operations – our legitimate interest. Logs are kept for a limited time and are not linked to your identity.

When you contact us. If you e-mail us or book a meeting, we process the details you provide (name, e-mail, message) in order to reply. Meeting bookings are technically handled by the Pipedrive scheduler.

Settings in your browser. Your language choice and your cookie decision are stored in your browser's local storage. These are technical settings – they never leave your browser and are not personal data.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We do no profiling or automated decision-making. Apart from Google Analytics (consent only), the site uses no advertising or tracking tools.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. Just write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Office (dataprotection.gov.sk).

Platform customer data

Operational data measured by customers in the WorkSys.Space platform is governed by the service agreement and a data processing agreement – not by this policy, which covers this website only. Our information security is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (certificate no. 2025312, ELBACERT).
